Since January 2015, we have been crafting Hildegard Essence.

Hildegard Essence is a product based on and crafted in accordance with the herbal knowledge of Hildegard von Bingen.

Hildegard von Bingen

Hildegard von Bingen (1098-1179) was a mystic, herbalist, and writer. She was raised in the Disibodenberg monastery, of which she later became the abbess. She founded a new monastery on the Rupertsberg near Bingen on the Rhine. The significance of Hildegard von Bingen's beliefs was rediscovered at the end of the previous century. Her insights on healing, nutrition, plants, and herbs continue to contribute to long-lasting, good health both mentally and physically.
